Job Title: Forensic Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Quality Manager to join our team at Mountain Healthcare Ltd. As a Forensic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing an effective quality management system within our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems that meet accreditation standards
  • Leading audit programs to test the quality management system and identify areas for improvement
  • Representing the organization on a regional and national stage, influencing the landscape of quality management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including UKAS, FSR, and Forensic Service Providers
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on quality management and accreditation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent level of qualification in a relevant subject, and/or proven relevant work experience
  • Experience of providing high-quality documents and good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous supervisor/managerial experience and auditing certification
