Job Title: Mental Health Nurse - Forensic Secure Hospital

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a Forensic Secure Hospital in Sussex. The ideal candidate will have experience working in secure mental health settings and be able to provide high-quality care to patients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work flexibly, and have a strong understanding of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in a secure mental health setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality within the hospital
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC pin
  • Practical PMVA Training and Basic Life Support dated within 12 months
  • Mandatory Training dates within 12 months
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within secure mental health and/or challenging behaviors
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and commit to working hours mentioned above
