Job Title:

Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Engineering Management team. This role encompasses various responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines, aimed at delivering high-quality solutions throughout the product development lifecycle.


Role Overview:

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will leverage your extensive engineering expertise to identify and implement effective solutions to complex challenges. Your leadership will ensure that engineering activities are executed with precision, adhering to established governance standards.

You will oversee the integration of engineering efforts across diverse platforms and products, ensuring that all phases of the engineering lifecycle are addressed, from initial concept through to final delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of engineering tasks, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with a wide range of engineering professionals to influence and drive innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Managing the progression and maturity of engineering solutions, taking proactive measures to enhance product quality.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive integration of engineering systems at all lifecycle stages.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in Systems Engineering, capable of guiding teams through the complexities of engineering projects. Your experience should encompass:

  • Team management and leadership in delivering intricate engineering solutions.
  • Engagement in Systems Engineering activities throughout various engineering lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools and methodologies in regulated environments.
