Job Title: Facilities and Finance Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Finance Coordinator to join our team at News UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track departmental budgets, identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with the Property and Facilities Director and Senior Facilities Manager.
  • Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and liaise with suppliers and internal accounts department regarding payment dates and resolving issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Facilities Manager and Property and Facilities Director, including diary management, general team administration, meeting minutes, and creating presentations.
  • Assist with project administration and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
