Job Summary
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for coordinating the accounting processes for all entities, working closely with the Operations and Management Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial accounting and management processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for key stakeholders
- Work closely with the Operations and Management Teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with experience in financial accounting and management
- Strong technical understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
