Administrative Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

Location: Global

Contract: 3 Months Extendable

We are collaborating with a prominent Financial Services firm seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Junior Project Manager to support the oversight of significant initiatives. This position is suited for a dynamic individual who excels in a high-energy setting and is eager to advance within the financial services industry.

Administrative Support:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Draft and refine correspondence, communications, presentations, and various documents as necessary.

Project Management Office (PMO) Assistance:

  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and implementation of vital projects within the organization.
  • Keep project documentation, timelines, and reports current and organized.
  • Monitor project advancement and aid in identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Facilitate project governance tasks, including preparing materials for meetings and managing follow-up responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management principles.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
