Our services include event concepts and research, branding, marketing, tour management, production, logistics, talent booking, event management, and prop and decor building.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative and clerical tasks, including liaising with marketers, providing support with customer communications, and assisting the office manager with administrative aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop methods for handling customer issues
  • Book travel arrangements for staff and manage expense reports
  • Assist the office manager with ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace Applications (Google Sheets/Google Docs)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for the entertainment and music industries
Working Conditions
  • This is a full-time, permanent position
  • The role will be based at our office in London
  • Working hours are 10:00 – 18:00 / Monday to Friday
