Job Title: AAT/ACCA Trainee Management Accountant

Armstrong Knight is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AAT/ACCA Trainee Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and reporting to support the company's ongoing financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management Accounting: Provide management accounting services for the company and its associated subsidiaries, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Statutory Accounts: Assist in the production of statutory accounts for review and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to key stakeholders, including balance sheet reconciliations and trend analysis.
  • Corporation Tax: Prepare and submit Corporation Tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise junior team members and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial tasks.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified
  • Commercial and management accounting experience within a construction-related business
  • Exceptional eye for detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
