Senior Accountant/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant/Manager to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our accounting and finance division, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant/Manager to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing and finalizing accounts, dealing with technical matters, and overseeing the practice. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our partners and other senior team members to drive business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, including reviewing and finalizing accounts
- Deal with technical matters and any queries
- Oversee the practice and manage staff
- Assist with acquisitions and business development
- ACCA/ACA fully qualified
- 5 years UK practice experience (minimum)
- Audit experience (preferred)
- Good client exposure
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with managing staff/juniors
- Up to £60,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- 5 days in office (with flexibility once established)
