Senior Accountant/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant/Manager to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our accounting and finance division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing and finalizing accounts, and dealing with technical matters and queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, including taking on some of the Partners' portfolio
- Filter the gap between Senior Accountants and Partners in the firm
- Review and finalize accounts
- Deal with technical matters and any queries
- Manage staff and oversee the practice
- Assist with any acquisitions
- ACCA/ACA fully qualified
- 5 years UK practice experience (minimum)
- Audit experience (preferred) as our client is looking to set up an audit firm
- Good client exposure
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with managing staff/juniors
- Up to £60,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- 5 days in office (with flexibility once established)
