Business Analyst/Process Writer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Process Writer to join our client's team for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and optimizing business processes within a Financial Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, and procedural documents.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Support project teams in implementing process changes.
  • Ensure alignment of processes with business goals and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in process documentation and business analysis within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of FS regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
