Hays Social Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled YOS Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Youth Justice Service, you will play a vital role in providing a professional service to children, young people, and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to work with young people and their families to prevent offending and re-offending, ensuring adherence to YJB policies and practices. You will be required to write assessments and reports for court, panels, and professional meetings, utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with young people and their families. This role requires the ability to manage complex cases, including those involving harmful sexual behavior, gangs, and serious youth violence. **Key Responsibilities:**
