About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Food & Beverage Team at Haven. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and cafes, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Ensure that all areas of responsibility are met, including food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement menus, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and other operational tasks to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Events, to promote our food and beverage offerings and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
