Restaurant Shift Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence and escalate any issues as required.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for our team and guests.
  • Induct and support new starters and complete core departmental training.
  • Deliver a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greet our guests.
  • Lead and coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met.

Pay Rates:

16 to 17 from £, 18 to 20 from £, 21+ from £ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.

Experience and Qualifications:

You may already be a supervisor, deputy manager, or team leader in a restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment. Or perhaps you're already an F&B superstar and you're ready for that next step in your career. All we are looking for is a 'team player' who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
