About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our Food & Beverage Team at Haven. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and takeaways, providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of staff to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure all areas of responsibility are met, including customer service, food preparation, and cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant and takeaway areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment for all, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food, including crafting burgers, assembling pizzas, and serving noodle dishes and crispy chicken and fries.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a Fast Food, Takeaway, Restaurant, or Retail environment.
  • Ability to confidently lead a team, train, coach, and provide feedback.
  • Willingness to deliver a hands-on approach to support the team.

Working Hours

Working hours are on a rota over a 7-day period and could include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, including full or part-time hours.
