Restaurant Shift Leader Opportunity

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Haven, a leading provider of leisure and hospitality services.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deputising for the Restaurant Manager in their absence and escalating any issues as required.
  • Providing a safe and secure environment for our team and guests.
  • Inducting and supporting new starters and ensuring they complete core departmental training.
  • Delivering a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our guests.
  • Leading and coaching the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met.

Pay Rates:

£16 to £17 per hour, £18 to £20 per hour, and £21+ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.

Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a team player who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side. You may already be a supervisor, deputy manager, or team leader in a restaurant, local pub, or customer service/retail environment.
