Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their finance team in Horsforth.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Purchase Ledger and strong organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting large volumes of supplier invoices into the Purchase Ledger system
  • Managing the finance inbox and dealing with phone queries from suppliers and internal staff
  • Generating supplier payment runs to ensure timely payments
  • Forecasting cash payments
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Currently or most recently working in a busy finance department
  • Experience dealing with supplier queries
  • Strong organisational skills
