Job Title: Clinical Lead for Children in Care Pathway

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead for the Children in Care Pathway, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high-quality service to children and young people in care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Children in Care Pathway team to deliver a comprehensive service to children and young people in care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people in care.
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Registration with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
  • Substantial experience in working with children and young people in care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and agencies.
