**Job Summary**

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Milton Keynes. As an ER Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day Employee Relations issues, providing guidance and advice to managers, and ensuring risk is mitigated.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice to managers on complex Employee Relations cases, including a range of issues such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, and employment legislation.
  • Identify, assess, manage, resolve, and mitigate risk associated with Employee Relations matters.
  • Manage cases through to early conciliation and employment tribunal, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, appeals, and UK employment legislation.
  • Create documentation to support training and development purposes, outlining best practices for key HR subjects.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with best Employee Relations practice.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working in a multi-site or blue-collar environment is essential.
  • A track record of dealing with high-volume, complex Employee Relations cases is required.
  • Comfortable dealing with complete Employee Relations cases, Subject Access Requests, and preparing documents for employment tribunals.
  • Ideal CIPD level 5 qualification.
  • Highly tenacious and resilient, flexible to change in demands.
  • Confident in taking ownership of issues to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Not shying away from having difficult conversations.
  • An excellent communicator able to adapt and build rapport/provide advice to all levels.
  • An active listener who is naturally inquisitive and able to coach people to reach a resolution.

**Working Arrangements**

HRLife Ltd offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office in Milton Keynes and 2 days working from home.
