About the Role

The Assistant Ecommerce Trading Manager is a key position within the Digital team at Boots, responsible for the day-to-day trading and category management across our ecommerce platform. This role contributes to the overall revenue and profit growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital strategies for categories, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure category alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure category support and success.
  • Support the development of ecommerce trading and customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Responsible for the legal and safe trade of categories online, delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Digital experience working in an ecommerce role or ability to demonstrate an active interest in ecommerce with trading experience.
  • Strong numeracy and administration skills, with the ability to analyze and report data.
  • Stakeholder management experience, with confidence in engaging with peers and third parties (e.g., product suppliers).
