Position: Client Relationship Banker I

As a Client Relationship Banker I, you will deliver outstanding service to our Banking Center clientele. Your contributions will be essential in meeting the sales, service, and operational objectives outlined by Webster's Strategic Guidelines. This role encompasses processing customer financial transactions, engaging in needs-based discussions to recommend appropriate financial solutions, and cultivating enduring relationships with clients through trust and exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries utilizing available resources
  • Recommend suitable financial products and services through needs-based discussions
  • Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Execute sales and retention strategies to enhance Banking Center growth
  • Meet individual and team objectives in sales, service, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service and banking sales preferred
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and travel to various Banking Centers
  • Self-driven and knowledgeable about banking products and services
  • Excellent customer service abilities and capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting

The estimated salary range for this position is competitive and may vary based on experience and location. Incentive compensation is also available for this role.
