We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our food service operations.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive high-quality food and excellent service.

About the Role:

  1. Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food to our clients.
  2. Create attractive food displays and presentations.
  3. Represent Chartwells - Independent and maintain a positive brand image.
  4. Handle cash and operate the cash register.
  5. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be an excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive working under pressure and have outstanding timekeeping and reliability.
  • Have a safety-first mindset and experience within a similar catering-related role (although not essential).
