Job Summary
Hexagon Group is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial estate in Feltham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, ensuring the health and safety of the estate, and managing a multi-million pound service charge budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the estate's day-to-day operations, including attending monthly tenant meetings and providing exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the health and safety of the estate, ensuring statutory compliance and implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Develop and manage a multi-million pound service charge budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective cost management.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to plan and execute fit-out, refurbishment, and replacement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain the estate's high standards.
- Manage relationships with hard and soft service partners, monitoring their performance, conducting performance reviews, and renegotiating contracts as needed.
- Develop and implement energy and sustainability initiatives to reduce the estate's environmental impact and improve its reputation.
- Support the development of engaging events for tenants and the wider public, ensuring smooth delivery and maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a large estate or a sizeable, multi-tenanted property, preferably in a managing agent background.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate.
- Experience in creating and managing service charge budgets, with a focus on cost management and efficiency.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
