This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a significant office estate undergoing renewal. The successful candidate will oversee operations, lead a diverse team, and enhance service delivery while managing both hard and soft services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading an on-site team and service partners to deliver high-quality customer and stakeholder value.
  • Liaising with occupiers, local authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental Management compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Managing service charge budgeting and financial compliance, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Overseeing estate operations, including security, emergency planning, and maintenance, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations, minimizing risks and liabilities.
  • Maintaining relationships with occupiers and fostering collaboration to support sustainability goals, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with an IOSH certification being necessary.
  • Ability to manage staff performance and ensure the highest standards of service are upheld, driving excellence and continuous improvement.
