This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a significant office estate undergoing renewal. The successful candidate will oversee operations, lead a diverse team, and enhance service delivery while managing both hard and soft services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading an on-site team and service partners to deliver high-quality customer and stakeholder value.
  • Liaising with occupiers, local authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental Management compliance, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Managing service charge budgeting and financial compliance, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Overseeing estate operations, including security, emergency planning, and maintenance, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring a secure workplace.
  • Maintaining relationships with occupiers and fostering collaboration to support sustainability goals, promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with an IOSH certification being necessary. They will also be expected to manage staff performance and ensure the highest standards of service are upheld, driving business growth and success.
