**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estate Agents in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales targets, customer service, and team performance.
- Coach and develop the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings.
- Encourage team development and progression, identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.
- Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
- Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
- Attention to detail.
