About the Role

The Operations Manager is a key member of the Wickes Building Supplies Limited team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis. This role requires a high level of organization, leadership, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
