The Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Director to join our Industrial Recruitment team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships

Requirements
