Industrial Electrical Branch Manager

Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the opening of a new branch in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring the achievement of set targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall performance of the branch, including sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Drive sales growth and company performance through effective leadership and strategic planning
- Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
- Proven experience in B2B sales and management
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector, with experience in electrical or mechanical sales
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Competitive starting salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
