Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency, preferably in a senior negotiator or property valuer role.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic Microsoft packages skills and attention to detail.
