- Conduct thorough inspections of plant and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules to ensure proactive maintenance and reduce the risk of equipment failure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance principles and practices.
