We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at L&T Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to inform business decisions.
- Proven track record of business development success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
