We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Support our young people in their daily lives, including domestic tasks, education, and socialization skills.
  • Participate in therapeutic activities and excursions, promoting a sense of fun and adventure.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Requirements
  • A Full driving licence issued in the UK.
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Prior experience in a children's care role is desirable.
  • Values in line with Esland Care's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
