- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including product directors, sales teams, and development teams
- Provide category advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and services
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category plans
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform category strategies
- Develop and maintain category reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in category management or a related field
- Degree-level education in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability in a category management role
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
