The Role

New opportunity not to be missed. Our client in the Lake District has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance and Hot Tub Manager to join a growing team at our client's friendly resorts.

Our client is a first-class holiday and lifestyle operator who offers a unique package to holidaymakers and owners. You will be looking after teams of Gardeners, Maintenance professionals, Siting teams, and Gas engineers.

You will be responsible for Facilities, managing and delivering all grounds maintenance and siting activity, in line with agreed plans, delivering an outstanding environment for our Guests, Owners, and Team whilst ensuring all Health & Safety Requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hold a valid full UK driving licence
  2. Enjoy working outdoors
  3. Have varied skills to maintain standards: maintenance / grounds / plumbing and electrical knowledge
  4. Experience working with hot tubs
  5. Be able to work on your own initiative
  6. Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner
  7. Have excellent customer service and people skills
  8. Able to work shifts
  9. Be able to manage and motivate a team of gardeners, Maintenance staff, and Gas Engineers
Requirements
  1. Must be highly competent (and confident) in trade skills and horticulture
  2. Evidence of previous similar roles
  3. Evidence of previous management of teams and processes
