About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Technical Services team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the reactive maintenance element of all our units of accommodation, ensuring that our lodges are maintained to the highest standard for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide structure, planning, and direction to the accommodation maintenance team
  • Oversee and deliver the reactive maintenance element of all our units of accommodation
  • Develop and deliver a strategy and system of planned preventative maintenance
  • Manage the supervision of contractors and annual maintenance contracts
  • Ensure high standards of work, compliance with Center Parcs standard conditions of work, H&S regulations, and cost effectiveness
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in maintenance management, preferably with experience in planning and prioritizing tasks for a multi-disciplined workforce. You should have a proven ability to complete works to a high standard, on time and within budget. Additionally, you should have strong people management skills, including the ability to coach and manage performance, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
