About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Technical Services team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our accommodation units, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standard for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide structure, planning, and direction to the accommodation maintenance team
  • Oversee and deliver the reactive maintenance element of all our units of accommodation
  • Develop and deliver a strategy and system of planned preventative maintenance
  • Ensure all statutory / legal testing is carried out to the relevant standard and documented
  • Manage the supervision of contractors and annual maintenance contracts
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing
  • Management experience with a proven ability to complete works to a high standard, on time, and within budget
  • Computer literacy with good experience in Microsoft packages
  • Ability to demonstrate strong people management skills, including coaching and managing performance
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
