Perle Hotels is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to enhance our esteemed restaurant, Dulse & Brose, located in a picturesque setting.
The menu at Dulse & Brose showcases the rich culinary heritage of Skye and the Highlands, featuring a selection of fresh seafood, locally sourced vegetables, premium meats, artisanal cheeses, and indulgent desserts.
This role offers a full-time permanent contract, consisting of 40 hours per week, and involves working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
