Perle Hotels is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to enhance the culinary team at our esteemed restaurant, Dulse & Brose.
The menu at Dulse & Brose showcases the rich culinary heritage of the Skye region, featuring a diverse selection of local seafood, seasonal vegetables, premium meats, and exquisite desserts that cater to all palates.
This role offers a full-time permanent contract of 40 hours per week, providing essential support to the Head Chef.
