About the Role

The Bosville Hotel is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to enhance our dynamic and thriving dining establishment, Dulse & Brose, located in the picturesque isle of Skye.

Our menu at Dulse & Brose showcases the rich culinary heritage of Skye and the Highlands, featuring a selection of fresh seafood from the west coast, seasonal vegetables, premium cuts of meat, artisanal cheeses from Scotland, and delectable desserts crafted to delight every palate.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, working closely with and supporting the Head Chef.
