Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and committed Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team within the Foundation Stage Unit. This role is integral to supporting the educational journey of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Educator, you will:

  • Engage with small groups of children, facilitating a variety of activities that promote learning and development.
  • Contribute to the assessment process through written observations, ensuring each child's progress is documented effectively.
  • Support both adult-led and child-initiated activities, fostering an environment where children feel encouraged to explore and learn.
  • Interact with children in a way that enhances their educational experience and nurtures their individual growth.

Qualifications:
A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education is essential for this position.

Working Hours:
This role is structured for Monday to Friday, aligning with term time only, for a total of 39 weeks per year.
