  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of People Management practices.
  • Be confident and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within the organisation.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and staff on the utilisation of all people policies and practices, with the goal of self-sufficiency.
  • Actively develop relationships that build trust and confidence within the business.
  • Proactively recognise trends and leverage your professional expertise to address issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Support the delivery of key initiatives within the Directorate and across the organisation.
  • Analyse, interpret and identify trends and issues to help implement meaningful people management support and interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of People Management practices and be able to provide guidance and coaching to managers and staff. They will also be able to develop relationships that build trust and confidence within the business.
