HR Operations and Employee Relations Manager

This organisation is a leading financial services provider with a strong global presence, including offices in Cardiff.
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employee Relations team.
Job DescriptionAs Head of Employee Relations Operations & Case Management, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic leadership and guidance to the Employee Relations team.
- Ensuring the team is seen as experts in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other performance-related matters.
- Establishing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Employee Relations team and providing regular reports to HR Directors.
- Collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure consistent and fair management of Employee Relations cases.
- Providing advice and guidance to HR and business leaders on Employee Relations issues.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating workshops or training sessions for the Employee Relations team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Employee Relations Operations & Case Management should have:
- Extensive prior experience in Employee Relations roles within large and complex organisations.
- Experience in team and project management, including building teams and restructuring within Employee Relations.
This role will require you to attend offices in Cardiff 2 days a week.
