Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at Computappoint Limited. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's future technology direction by improving, automating, and standardizing our systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Automation Specialist to join a prestigious financial organization and contribute to the development of our infrastructure team. You will work closely with our team to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that drive business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions using Python and/or PowerShell
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to improve and standardize our systems
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools
  • Work with our team to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team

Requirements

  • High capacity and willingness to learn
  • Demonstrable experience working in a hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure role
  • Demonstrable experience with one of the major public cloud providers
  • Strong automation skills with Python and/or PowerShell
  • Experience with administering Office 365/EntraID/Intune
  • Familiar with IaC tools - Terraform and Ansible preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop/server and Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group policy is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
