Join our team at Health Case Management Limited as a Case Manager and play a vital role in delivering health and wellbeing services to our Corporate clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Manager to support our clients in delivering health and wellbeing services to their employees. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for delivering case management services to identify the reasons for ill health and injury and advise on the best course of action or treatment needed to reduce the risk of the employee being absent from work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish the current reason for ill health/injury and identify any underlying cause or contributory risk factors.
  2. Be instrumental in the multidisciplinary assessment process by ensuring information is gained sufficient to assess personal and occupational risk factors.
  3. Effectively communicate to the employee, the multifactorial issues associated with the current episode of ill health/injury and how they can personally address the risk factors within their locus of control.
  4. Where required, access the most appropriate treatment intervention via the NHS or the private sector using the most effective method of funding applicable for the medical condition.
  5. Help the customers' line management/HR/Health and Safety managers understand the implications of the assessment, and make clear the recommendations and likelihood of success and any associated cost without breaching the ICO requirements (processing of sensitive personal data).
