About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Publicity team in Ireland as a Communications Assistant. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who is keen to learn about the world of publicity and to support the team working across a huge variety of genres.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration for the team, including organizing meetings and coordinating with authors and journalists.
- Organizing publicity schedules, travel, and accommodation.
- Accompanying authors to interviews and attending events, which will involve some evenings and weekends.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic design experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of three days in the office.
