We are seeking a visionary Executive Dean to lead the College of Health and Life Sciences, a key component of our institution. As a champion of academic excellence, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, fostering collaboration, and promoting innovation within the College.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide transformative leadership to the College, aligning with our institution's mission and values.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic programs, research, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to promote interdisciplinary research and education.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of respect and belonging.
- Represent the College and institution at national and international levels, promoting our reputation and interests.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of academic leadership, with experience in strategic planning, faculty development, and community engagement.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
