Serco is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to enhance our operations in Birmingham. This position involves collaborating with the Quality Improvement & Audit Manager and Operations Manager to ensure that our service quality aligns with contractual, regulatory, and legislative standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the Serco Restart self-delivery team in upholding contractual compliance and service excellence
  • Deliver essential quality assurance and compliance reports to management
  • Serve as the local authority on quality assurance and compliance matters
  • Organize regulatory audits and inspections

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess experience in a compliance-focused environment, strong IT capabilities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to address compliance shortcomings confidently is crucial. Familiarity with the DWP/welfare to work/employability sector is advantageous.

This position necessitates Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
