Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Supreme Recruitment. This position will be integral to our Night Export division.

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will be tasked with the following:
  • Generating Cargo Shipping Documents (CSDs) and managing the preparation and closure of Master Air Waybills (MAWBs).
  • Ensuring compliance with HMC control requirements to facilitate exports.
  • Collaborating with airlines, branches, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
  • Addressing issues that may impact performance, including the preparation of necessary documentation for customs and airlines, as well as monitoring inbound and outbound flights.
  • Adhering to established shipment procedures and maintaining accurate records within company systems.
  • Matching Export Records for customs clearance.
  • Upholding all operational procedures and statutory requirements to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Competencies
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Experience with Security 'Regulated Agent' protocols and CargoWise is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Analytical skills that can enhance operational efficiency.
