Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant to join Mandeville Recruitment Group, a national distributor of products for the construction industry.

The Role
  • Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service at all times, both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • To maximise growth of sales within the branch.
  • Building customer relationships within the branch.
  • Answering general enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates, etc.
  • Issuing quotations in response to enquiries.
  • General sales administration.
Knowledge/Experience Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within retail or trade environment.
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and facilitation experience with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
